I'm new to Orange Pay Monthly and have been trying with out success to get in touch with the customer service to upgrade my broadband package to the fee one. Twice now i have been on hold for 30 mins on each occassion. I dont mind that as much but can anyone confirm that calls to 150 are free or have i built up a huge bill already?
