k800i o2 gprs settings

hi iam haveing problems connecting to o2 wap via gprs, i have recently changed phones from a sew550i to sek800i phone, now the problems only started when i tried to connect to the web via my k800i, i have downloaded the settings from sony erricson web site, and installed them ok, i keep getting the message connection failure check settings, if problems persist please contact your service provider, this is the first time ive had probs getting connected, is there anythin i need to do with the new phone first.

any help would be very grateful.

phone O2 customer services, ask them to send you the settings over the air, by configuration message.

The k800i dosn't appear on the the list yet for the online method.

its ok now mate i got settings for the w900i from o2s web site and they work just great.
