T-mobile data settings

Hello, I have an MDA Pro but I also have an old 6680 which I have unlocked from Orange. I have removed all the old Orange conection settings and need to set up my T-mobile ones on the 6680. So far I have managed to set up the GPRS so I can access the Web but need to know:

How to set up the MMS
How to set up email
How to set up 3g connection for web. (I presume this is faster than GPRS.

The settings are availiable from nokia, they are sent to you via a free sms

goot evening from tech. here is the best place to get the setting from for any handset on t-mobile. http://tmobileuk.wdsglobal.com/phonefirst. you can get the same link from the t-mobile website in the help and advice section. its very simple to use and works every time.
