Cant connect to orange web via 3g

Hi i was wondering if anybody could offer any help as i have just brought a payg nokia 6630 with 3g usim card and it wont connect to the home page when in 3g coverage but if i switch to normal gsm it will orange said it was a faulty sim card so i went to orange shop and tried my card in another phone and again it would not connect so i brought another sim card as they would not swap it and that also wont connect on 3g
anybody got any ideas or also had this problem is there some settings i have missed or is it to do with orange activating my account even thoughthey say everything is on my account that i need

have you registered your account and read and deleted the activation text messages?

every orange sim card needs to be activated, registered, and have the sim programmed with the phone number before you can do anything with it
