Hi Teapot,

I work for Vodafone and can offer some informal advice.

As you're coming towards the end of your agreement, you’re probably due for an upgrade. It might be possible for us to upgrade you to a price plan that includes 50 minutes worth of Video Calls every month. You could also have a reduced cost handset.

To enquire about this, please contact us through our website at www.vodafone.co.uk/contactus. Please put FIT135 in the main body of the email so it’s routed to the most suitable person.

Let me know how you get on.

Hi again Teapot.

Thanks for getting back to me. We can't give specific details without looking into your account.

Email us with your account details and we'll look into this and call you back with the information. You're under no obligation when we call you.

Remember to add the code FIT135 into the body of the email, so it gets routed to the correct person.
