Help with orange info ??

I am really not impressed with Orange after only being with them for a month.
They keep sticking bundles on my account which i was told was free but i got charged for a world cup offer.
The bill is quite confusing compared to o2 online bills and customer service isn't great like they make out, was told a cs member would ring me back within 5 mins but still no call 3 hrs later.
If i were to cancel and i'm on a £25 per month contract does it work out £25 x 12 to end the contract early?? any discounts or a way to get around this to terminate early?
If i pay up to end the contract early will they also want the phone back form me?

world cup bundle you always had to pay for that one.
if you cancelled you would have to pay for the rest of contract.
if you have paid your last bill then it would be £25 x 11.
you would be able to keep your phone but you would have to get it unlocked for
£20 to use other network sim in phone.
