Hi, I'm due to upgrade in July and want the N80 but my credit history has nose dived over the last year - do O2 credit check when upgrading? I'm on an online tariff if it makes any difference? Thanks.

Remember you can upgrade at any O2 store,

Thanks that - phew! - I'm really looking forward to getting the N80. But, I didn't know I could upgrade in store. According to the o2 website, my nearest store is o2 Arlington Business Park in Leeds - true I only live about two miles away but do they deal with customers over there? I thought Arlington was just a call centre/offices for o2? Cheers.

I upgraded to the N80 in Leeds at the Commercial Street store on Thursday, took less than 10 minutes. No credit checks just a signature required
