How does the C975 compare to the RAZR V3 (i.e. not the latest one)
I can't seem to find details of the camera resolution for the C975.
Is the V3 an 'upgrade' from the C975?

good god no! Didnt you know that all the v3 is a V500 in a thin shell? Apart from no bluetooth the C975 is loads better than the V3. The Razr is the biggest phone con i have seen - I cant believe people payed £200 when it ws first released! Riduculous.

I only just noticed that the V3 lacked a video camera.
The more reviews I read, the more I agree with your 'con' opinion.
However, the V3i and the V3x seem to be better versions of the V3.
Its a bit unfortunate that the V3x and V3i aren't available as cashback deals yet though.
Are any of the flip-type/clamshell phones on this page an upgrade from the C975?

The V3 can have video activated by flashing, as far as i am aware it is playback only though unless someone knows better?

Thats what I always thought aswell until a friend got one recently (i dont know why as it's a downgrade from her old K700i) and hers had video on it, and she bought it brand new from a shop, not off ebay. Unless motorola released newer phones that had video on it perhaps to keep it up-to-date?
