I have to say o2s services dont compare well compared to 3. The layout on the o2 homepage is just a line of links and not well laid out like 3.

And they dont support any football video services at all.

Is this going to change for next season premiership ?

I have to agree the content is poor and expensive.

I just cannot believe 02 after paying so much would not utilize this service more.

You also have to laugh at some of the prices for content.

Well O2 have admitted they made a mistake with 3G. So don't expect to really put any effort in until they see the other operators succeed, and leave O2 trailing at the back.

You would have thought with all the money they paid for the license and the manufactures now bringing out nice looking and usable handsets (finally) that more people would be persuaded to make the move to 3g.

I remember when wap was the new function on 02 and let’s be honest 02 never really made the effort on that front as well.

They could rectify the mistake but they just do not seem to be bothered which is a shame.

Agreed, O2 has no proper video features like 3 or Vodafone and they even charge you £3 per megabyte for browsing their portal with no video features! I use O2 at the moment but won't be for much longer, they are cheap for calls and texts but a rip off for anything else.

One old classic goal was £1 and thats a rip of considering 3 charge 25p for those.

After 6 months im going to drop my price plan and pay of the contract and go back to 3. The layout is so poorly made I cant belive they get away with it.

People knock three alot but services wise you can see they have put a lot of effort into it.

If its anything like their standarrd WAP services it will be poor still. When I used to be on orange (this is going back) they decorated their pages with ornage bits and bobs and had decent pictures to go with most links. O2 is just a list of links with tacky icons next to them. Ive never tried other links but I'm sure the sports news is a third party site. Terrible!
