Need or no need to flash

Hi all,

I'm a newbie, please help me with my phone

My C975 is :

- Boot loader 0.5.F.1

- SW version : R24_U_80.2F.36.01P

- Flex version : SAC975T672WJ00F

I want to :

- Turn off the backlight when charging this phone

- Increase the space for message

- Install the iTunes (like for E398)

please show me what to do in detail, or where can I find the information
