Hi,

Just moved to orange Pay monthly.

When I joined you could dial 150 and get your minutes left info. Now there are only 2 options (mobile query and internet query) whichever one you select take you to a CS rep.

I wasnt told of any changes...WOT GIVES???

Yes I noticed that too. But I did get the option to hear my minutes. Have you tried again since

it's to intergrate wanadoo which has changed its name to orange.

When you select option 1 for Mobile it takes you straight to the old customer services IVR. The only thing that has changed is that Orange Broadband and Orange PCS customer services are now accessed by the same number.

:confused: Sorry if this is a silly question but I have recently joined orange and was wondering if orange premier cs if the same as orange cs? and if not what is the difference?
