World Cup - Any services from O2?

Is anyone aware of any video services that are being lanuched for the World Cup similar to the ones 3 are doing maybe.

Ive read that O2 Germany are offering highlights ect...but nothing about the UK.

And the O2 uk site seems to be down aswell.
