Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a Orange branded Fusion UMTS GPRS WLAN - 3G Modem card for my laptop. I am having real problems trying to ge the card recognised as a modem. The WiFi part of the card is fine and works, however in the Device Manager, the Fusion UMTS GPRS WLAN -3G Modem properties status is shown as "This device cannot start. (Code 10)."
The drivers being used are by Option version 1.0.0.12. Three driver files listed in the box are: g3gprm.sys; g3grumdm.sys; mmodem.sys. By the way I am running Win-XP
I have uninstalled and installed the software a few times but to no avail. I think some had a similar problem on this forum (http://www.3g.co.uk/3GForum/archive/index.php/t-30543.html) but I can not get to that post - if anyone can get to the post I would be grateful if you could post it here.
Thanks,
 H
