Check a flash will lock your phone or not

Can anyone say if how can i check the flash will lock my phone or not? I used flex tools 0.4.0 but it shows "Required seem not found. It do not have seem lock". It shows for every files that i check eventhough the file has lock.

Please also if someone can tell how to take the full backup of the phone C975.
