OK, so it came and I was excited. Opened the box- WOW! Put the sim and battery in, I press the on button........the screen is broken.
I was gutted and now I have to send the phone back to orange and get a replacement; I have to say that getting my N80 was the biggest anti-climax EVER!!!!!

It's OK, they get the job done but you can't e-mail them, you have to ring.

Sorry to hear this lleyton.
They will sort that out for you, I am sure.
The pain, as you say, is the anti-climax.
When I got my MP3 player they sent me a duff charger. Was really browned off. I was going to use my mobile's charger cos it 'fitted' but was told on the relevent forum not to under any circumstances. This is because phone chargers sent thier power in the kind of 'bursts' that would render the battery useless and screw the warranty!
I made a total tool of myself on the forum when I did get it working.....took all day on the net sorting stuff out. I realised I was trying to play a variant of MP3 that wasn't supported.....boy was I angry!!

You can e-mail Orange CS, but not about account related details. That is for security reasons.
