Orange N80 contract - confussed

Hi there. Just been on e2save and it says that for some of the deals (sorry cant remeber the exact ones) 100 free texts +500* - BUT IT DIDNT SAY ANYWHERE WHAT THE STAR WAS!!! ???? Are these extra 500 message only for the first few months??

Also how does the cost of 3G surfing etc work on orange, as a pose to 3???

AND do oranage charge you to make calls to landlines/mobiles outside of 3G areas??

no. on orange, you will get transferred seamlessly to the 2G network. No additional costs. (all data functions work aswel) its just slower.

If you are looking for a contract on Orange it worth checking the website for direct deal. They are offering more on the 18month tarrifs on there. I believe the 500 extra texts are for the life of the contract, but only if you are on 18months. its a toned down version of the 1000free every month if you buy an 18month contract on the website.

note that if you do buy a phone, you might need to remind them to apply the 3month free trial.

Also note that internet on Orange is unrestricted from the start (unlike three)

Mine drops calls between 3g and 2.5g, its so annoying. Funny though I have never had it happen before
