I've actually noticed mine are quicker than before.
At one stage it wasn't updating for days and days. But I now find it regullary updates once a day.

Orange have always been erratic with their updates. Even at their best they are usually a day behind, I've even had them over a week behind

I've always found it to be quite up to date....although erratic in that it can be 5 hours 34 minutes behind! Never noticed it being a week behind, maybe im just lucky!
It was down for a while a few months ago, which was annoying! It annoys me how they dont track your texts or any other allowances you have. 3 can do it, and almost always updated to the second, why cant orange?
Voda used to annoy the hell out of me, they were always a week behind and so inaccutite that they used to avoid telling you how many mins u had left! That might have changed though, that was 3 years ago or something.

i think tmobile and 3 are the best for finding out exactly how many mins, text and so on that you have left,in your bundle.

This is the problem with "old" networks because all their systems are old! lol.
Yes I remember when it was down, that was annoying yes.
At the moment it averages an update on once per day for me. I only have it a week behind when I run out of mins (they don't bother updating once you reached zero!! lol)
Just as a bit of insider information I think they might be working on something to tell you all your available allowances left.
That is because I logged into the account manager thing, and i was asked to fill in a questionnaire. One of the questions was asking about what you most want the account manager thing to do. One of the pre-defined answers was "ability to check remaining mins/bundles".

yes it seem these networks do it on purpose so u go over and make calls and get charged for iT!!!!
this has happened as well on my tmobile bill where they did not even tel me how mins i had left on my final part charge bill..ending up getting charged a fiver over!!!
i have noticed three are the best for updating up to the second!!
pathetic!!

Yeah, but three could introduce these systems from the start. The other four are all older. The networks were never originally designed for this amount of use of text and picture messages, so they need to update their systems to allow it to work.
I heard that during the problems with the Orange service being down it was because they were upgrading it as it was still the original system used 12 years ago! I don't know if that is true or not.

Yes I was asked to fill out a questionaire when I logged onto my account. Whenever I clicked to do so the pop up just disappeared. Well I do hope they will listen and update the account manager in that respect
