hopefully.
it would be unfair if your 7days expired you lost your free trial before it was working!

Apparently its not compatible with the s60 3rd edition platform.
I rang cs acting all female and thick. The guy said it should have been preinstalled on the phone ( I knew it wasn't). I let him navigate me around the phone to find it and on WAP to download it. Only prob was page was not available. When I tried to download it yesterday, it downloaded OK but would not install on the new platform.
He e mailed tech and would ring me back soon !!!!

I would argue it!!! lol. But once I get my N80, I think I will wait until somebody else gets it working first - just in case ;) lol

CS told me that they had had problems with it. This applied to all handsets not just the N80. However, he reckoned it was working now. Told me I had to down load it when I got my phone.

DO you mean normal videos don't work yet either?
I wouldn't expect themes and games to work yet due to symbian signing etc. lol
DeniseR

No themes don't work yet but i have surfed the net and have found some for s60 3rd edition think it was all about symbian, there were some applications too.
Yellowcan If cs say its up and working I will try again
Have tried to download agian (11pm) still getting same error message

At the weekend, all the Orange video sections weren't even coming up as options on my N80. Normally you can view film trailers but it just offered me picture galleries.
Today I noticed it is offering me movie clips etc., but there is no PVPlayer on the phone, so I can't watch them anyway!
I presume the fact that Orange have updated the offerings seen with the N80 on WAP, that the PVPlayer is only hours away. Perhaps it will be the same for Orange TV.

Just had orange tech ring and says orange tv is not available on the n80 as they are still writing the program. He said it will be available shortly, so I asked him if that meant 1 week, 1 month or 6 months, to which he replied he didn't know.
Certainly contradicts the e mail I recieved toady (in above post)

I hadn't even noticed that we didn't have Orange music player!!! lol.
That is really a pointless program compared to putting your own mp3's on the phone.
But I would quite like to try out Orange TV.

I have just rung 156 orange 3g cs. The guy was really helpful, had quite a long chat comparing voda tv and orange tv. He agreed with me that orange need to to widen their progarm choice.
Back on subject, he said that it was out on last week, but when people downloaded it it was not working. He said it would be a few more weeks yet (no date as he was looking on his screen) and to keep checking orangeworld.
