I have been overcharged on my bill. Orderd my phone on the 29th April, got a confirmatoin email telling me so....... Then, they bill me and tell me that there is no recoord of me ordering during April and therfore will not get a 25% discount. Eventualy, CS said as an act of good faith that they would reduce mty FUTURE bills, but not this one.
So - i have sent a copy of my confirmation email to websales... Anything else i can do? If not, then i suppose they only got an extra tenna out of me.... Still, would have thought a big company would have their ordering system sorted!!!!!
what was your connection date as it could have been a confirmation of your order received but not processed until after the offer deadline. depending how t-mobile see it, They could mean offer only applies when actually connected you to the network and not when the order was placed on line.
Demand has been high for this offer and have agreed with you as they could not process orders quick enough so they extended the offer to you as you ordered in good faith.

i got mine in the start of april and my first bill had the discount but my second bill has;nt. so i phoned them up and they said there is an error with there system that some customers are not getting the 25% discount, but they are aware of it and will get it sorted. (they better) lol
Well - i am not particulaly chuffed, but i can live with having to pay 10 quid more if it comes to it. I think i actualy got a pretty good deal for the remainder of the contract, 60 quids worth of content for 24 quid and unlimited web and the phone i got (Vario) is a pretty good piece of kit.
However, if they do decide to credit me for the first months overpayment, i am not going to say no :)
