I've been told by a fair few ppl that with 18 month contracts they still give you a new fone after the 12/13th month??? can someone put me str8 pleez :)

yeah vodafone will have the answer for you i suspect

On all Vodafone contracts you can only upgrade 60 days before your contract ends.

yes thats correct, you CANNOT upgrade untill 6 days before the end of you contract.
