Which method are there for transference?

I only know USB cable and Transflash card reader.

Do I also need a software to transfer files?

You do not need any software to transfer with a Tranflash card/reader.

buy a bluetooth usb thing for ur pc then send them thru bluetooth

Moto C975 does not have bluetooth - cable would be the best option
