Is there any way to change the orange main screen which show the icons down the left hand side. Would like them away altogether so just a pic displays ideally, but happy for them to be at the top so a pic shows okay in full screen.

re flashing is when the orange software on the phone is replaced by generic nokia software. the origional nokia standby screen is apprently much better than orange's effort. to reflash your phone you will need to take it to a phone repair shop or a nokia service centre and there will normaly be a fee involved. a list of nokia service centres can be found on nokia.co.uk. i plan to get my 6680 re flashed if it is not too much.

The 6630 doesnt have the Nokia active standby screen like the 6680 does. It should cost about £10 to get your phone flashed, or if you ask them nicely they will do it for free
