MDA Vario gone?

Hello all,

I've been looking through the tmobile wedsite today to check the price of the MDA Vario as I've been after it but have been unable to afford it till recently. I saw the flext 35 + web 'n' walk for 31.88 and noticed that the Vario was recently made free on flext 35. Problem is, it's dissappeared from their website...

does that mean it's temporarly out of stock or forever gone from t-mobile?

Well, unfortunatly its gone for ever as far as I know.

But, its for the best, as a new 3G MD Vario II is coming out!

I emailed T-mobile about the vario II and I got this reply, and credit to their c/s they have responded quickly to this and to all my queries.

I've checked on our system, unfortunately I don't have the information to when or if we'll be releasing this phone.

I've also tried looking on the Internet to see if there's any possible release dates, sadly I haven't found anything.

The offer for the 25% discount is only available up until 30/04/06, however I'm sure we'll have some special offers for after this leading upto the summer.

If you'd like to keep checking our website or any other website's for more information about the Vario II, this way you may hopefully get the information you're looking for.

the mda vario 2 is coming to t-mobile, there are no definite release dates as yet.

I agree it is cumming, but its a shame it was not released at the same time as the web and walk add on, as Im sure the price plan and the device would of went like hot cakes.

I have a question I clearly like tthe price plan and will sign up for the 25% off before end apr, however Im either stuck with the MDA compact without 3g or the blunkly MDA pro pro with.

Whats the chance of geeting the MDA compact then requesting an upgrade to the MDA 2 when it comes out or would that be a big no no??

This is what happens on orange, you can upgrade early, but depending on your usage and how far you are into your contract their is an upgrade fee, which can be quite high, not sure about T-mobile.

if you take the mda compact and within the next 28 days the mda vario 2 comes out, you may be allowed to do a handset exchange under the 28 day policy.
