help needed

i had a voda sim , it has been disconnected,:( ,can i get this connected again?i paid a lot of money for this number registered it but never used it,i rang voda but thy said i cant do nothing:( , also im on a contract with voda,their customer service is terrible,i wish i nvr took out the contract now:(

How long since you used it. Numbers tend to be held for a few months and then are re-issued.

I have an excellent number on a Voda Sim. I make sure I make a 10 second call every 4 or 5 months

I've just checked the terms and conditions to double check on the time. Here they are:

if you choose not to use the Service for a period of 180 days (‘Use of this service’ means (i) making any chargeable outbound calls (excluding calls to 191, see your price plan for charges). (ii) any topping up of your account);

Ask them when the last outbound call was

Topping up the sim normally works..

As mentioned above if you do not make a chargeable outgoing call from the SIM card within 180 days the SIm becomes disconnected and is no longer yours.
