Need Video Callin On My Pay As U Go On T-mobile

Hi i want to ask you abt my n-70 phone,
I bought it recently and have a pay as u go with t-mobile, i wanted video calling
so i called t-mobile up and they said this can only be given to t-mobile customers with monthly contract.....is there any way i can get video callin on my nokia n70, t-mobile pay as u go chip,,,,thx
