K608i Pic Transfer Problems...

When i connect the phone up to the comp everything goes fine, then i clik onto the pictures folder in file manager, then i click the camera folder in pictures and it says there isnt any pics in there...?

help??

i take it that from 9 views and no replies noone knows whats wrong with my phone and how to fix it?

i have this problem but couldnt fix it so downloaded my phone explorer from here:

million times better than the software you get with the phone, allows you to send messages from your computer and make calls through your phone.

the file list could not be loaded!

thats what it comes up with when i try to connect the phone to the comp. what can i do fix that?

i did. that is what it says when i try to open up the program when the phone is connected.

what do i do now?

i try to load the camera folder in the pictures bit and it says

OBEX Errorcode: 00 - Phone didn't answer

and then it says

The file-list could not be loaded!


anyone get that with theirs?

Many thanks "fyfee" & "focus-esp", I did a google for the same problem and came to this forum, my phones the V600i and the Myphone explorer works a treat.
As much as I like Sony products why is their software always so awful...I absolutely hate Sonicstage for their Mp3 Players too...

oh, btw, i found out what the problem was. turns out i cant have more than 30 files in one folder or the computer doesnt recognise them. thanks for your help noone :)

How did you find out?
That may explain why mine never showed up too, I had over 80 images, still I've uninstalled the Sony software, the myphone is much better.

i found out through weeks of guesswork...and a couple of video files. i had 250 images and 4 videos and realised that 250 is a tad too many and thats why they didnt come up
