Could anyone tell me if it's possible to decipher Cell and Area ID's in a way of knowing the base stations location?
I have looked at the offcom Sitefinder site but none of the info obtained from 'Mini GPS' (which i'm using to get the cell and area info) is of any use with the site as none of the ID's match up with any of there referances.
The particular Cell's i'm interested in are 51046914 and 51046466, with area ID's of 3115.
