Hi Folks,
Has any other person noticed that less and less is working correctly on the vodafone web site? I got a new phone last summer and was unable to change the "my phone" on the web site, I have since changed to a V3x and still cannot change the "my phone". Another problem I get is, when I try to go from one of my mobile numbers to another of my mobile numbers, to check the call charges etc, it says that there is a temporary fault and it will be fixed shortly. This as been going on for about six or seven months now, how long do they call temporary:confused: . I have complained via the web, e-mail and by phone, but the only answer I get from them, is that they know about the "temporary" fault and it will be put right shortly:confused: .
With all the profits Vodafone make, you would think that they could employ a small team who could manage thier web site more efficiently.
