ive got a samaung e350 it was on tmobile but got it opened to all networks and i can get on to the net but i want to change when i switch my fone on it says tmobile and on the menu screen want to get rid of the tmobile internet button in the middle cos im on o2

To do such a thing would require a reflash of the firmware. CarPhone Warehouse may be able to help you out there.
I guess we must presume you are a pay as you go customer who used to use T-Mobile but now uses O2 and got a SIM only package. Else yes O2 would have given you a new one for free at the start of a new contract.

You will need to find somewhere that will "re-flash" your fone to either generic samsung software or O2 software, I can't help with this though.

Neither of these points will affect the performance of the phone in any way.

your phone has actually got T ZONE software inside it : now that is why you can see T mobile logo in start as well as your internet (WAP) might not be working

only possible solution is Reflashing of the s/w but please check with the any mobile shop weather your handset will work fine afterwards or not

ffs CTS why not advise him to download GPRS?WAP settings from the o2 site.this should get you onto the o2 active site ok, as for the logo, Im sure you can repleace this
