Is there any way (other than paying the remainder of contract - 3 1/2 months) to get out of a contract if the service has been poor recently and phone is on verge of not working? I managed to get out with vodafone but tmobile seem to be standing their ground???

Unless you can prove it's been poor service, and prove the phone is faulty, the answer is,
