Hi, my friend bought a new phone on T-mobile, with a brand new T-mobile sim card. He turned and it on it was fine, and then he wanted to change the PIN CODE settings, Somehow he has made a mistake and entered the pin codes wrongly and now whenever he turns it on it says ENTER PUK CODE. I was just wondering if any one knows any Free T-mobile PUK codes i can enter? Also does any one know the DEFAULT pin code that T-mobile is set at. It is not supplied on the box or in the manuals, or maybe i have not looked properly. Be grateful for any help. Thanks.

You need to phone T-Mobile customer services, there is no such thing as a generic PUK code.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but should your PUK number not be included in the Sim Pack you recieved ? Asin teh documentatin taht came with teh sim card, not the phone or contract.

you are correct - should be on a yellow bit of paper - but realistically, how many people actually READ any paperwork they get with their phone...

Phew. You're quite right MrMajix, it is included with the paperwork and I didn't actually read any of it. Thanks to a quick search on Google and your helpful response, I've now found it.
Thanks very much :D

this happened to me and they gave me this dial **05*38191643(that is the puk code) then *4 digit pin*4 digit pin#
so then it looks like **05*38191643*pin*pin# then send or enter
you gotta enter your old pin and then the second one can be the same or you can change it my friend tried to steal my phone so i had to lock the sim and then I couldn't enable it so they helped me out i don't know if it is the same for every phone but this was from t-mobile and it worked

I think you can get it by signing into My T-Mobile if you have an account already setup. Will remember that just in case one of my mates 3 year old kid uses all my pin attempts up by getting their hands on my phone :D

phone cust service but you have to pass security on the given number or they can't tell you what it is they'll ask last top up how you made it how much and when or last number dialled.. unless its registered in which case just your name and password hope this helps
