I have had numerous problems with three since I started my contract, including my phone being cut off twice, even tho i have paid my bill on time and in full, every month.
Basically, this month 3 have over charged me by sixty pounds. They have admitted this but said that all they can do is credit the difference to my next bill. I can't afford to pay this huge bill that they have sent me by mistake but they say that if I don't pay it this month they will cut my phone off.
I have given up w cs in india as I get nowhere and end up v v v v frustrated. I have emailed them telling them I will pay what I they should have charged me, and no more, but I have had no reply.
Does anyone know what my legal situation is with this? If they cut my phone off, I'll need to take out a new contract with a new network even tho I'm still midcontract with 3.
How can I get them to listen to me and stop messing me about?
