returning an upgrade phone for another one.

hi i got my wife an upgrade phone but she hates it. (motov975)

its only a couple of days old, so i want to return it for another handset.(lg8360)

also does anyone know the procedure for returning the moto back to three, who do i call, how soon would the lg be sent out.

ring three c/s ask them to send u a jiffy bag take it to the postoffice its already postmarked and return it then wen they recieve the handset ask for a new handset hope that helps

thanks - they included a bag when it arrived (i guess they must have a few back then!) i just didnt know whi i need to call and how long it would take.

The bag was probably for you to send your old phone back to them, call them before you send the new one off and ask if the bag you have will do, it may go to a different department.

you have a 7 day money back guarentee. you need to ring upgrades and they will send you out a jiffy bag and then you return it to three. ring back 24 hours after posting the bag and we shoudl have recieved handset back in warehouse and can process upgrade. if you call before 4pm it will be guarenteed next day delivery unless you call on a friday.
