When can you upgrade on Orange 3g?

Just wondering, but what is the earliest opportunity you can upgrade on Orange 3g? I've been with 'em six months now and spend about £40 - £60 per month, but would like a new phone. Do they do an early upgrade on 3g like some networks do on normal gsm? Or am I just being greedy?

The 'rules' are the same as for GSM. 12 months before upgrade. The only network that seems to allow early upgrades is 3

Orange will charge you an "upgrade fee" if you want to change before 12 months is up. Give then a call on 150 to find out the actual cost.
