I know its not a 3g phone but there are lots of loyal voda users on here who could have or had this phone :)

i am lookin gfor a cheep replacement phone to download e mails and check my website occasionally. The F500I seems cheep , available on E-Bay and good for the job .

I need to know has the phone got a GPRS meter so I can keep track of the ammount of data i have transferred per month. I'm not actually going to use it on vodafone , I can't find a detailed enough spec on the phone to find this out and i must be able to keep track of data usage. :)

cheers mas

The F500i is a Vodafone specific version of the phone, why not get the K500i instead?
It does have a data counter, you can view details and download manuals on the Sony Ericsson website (http://www.sonyericsson.co.uk)

Or see

F500i page (http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=pp1_loader&php=PHP1_10172&zone=pp&lm=pp1&pid=10172)

or

K500i page (http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=pp1_loader&php=php1_10176&zone=pp&lm=pp1&pid=10176)
