does anny know know if it will ever be in the usa or anny time in the next copel of years i have t-mobileusa and am hoping we will get 3g service but i am thinking it is not veary likely anny time soon
I think at the moment only AT&T have UMTS (with the Motorola A845 and Nokia 6651), T-Mobile aren't planning it until 2007. This is just going from what I've read on different websites but this is probably out of date. I know for sure that T-Mob aren't planning it for a long time though.

T-Mobile definately won't have UMTS for a while. They decided to go for EDGE instead. The full release of EDGE is expected to be complete by the end of 2005.
It seems that the american "cellular" networks aren't really interested in 3G.

of cours i have googel and who care about what the carriers want were the ones using and paying for it
