Hi,

My story is that I recently got the £40pm "Hero" Tariff, which should include subscriptions to Sports, Films and News for life. Then I go to use my free content and it appears that I'm not subscribed to anything. So I ring 191 and after 20mins of holding they tell me that I should manually subscribe on my phone, and I wont get charged. But they also say if I do get charged that I should ring up and they'll refund me.

My subscriptions should be for the life of my contract but I've got a feeling I'll get charged and I'll be stuck. Can't they just make the necessary amendments at their end, as this way seems very overly complicated and risky. Another problem is I go away for 2 weeks on Monday so I'll be out of my 14 day return period by the time I get back.

Please someone give me some positive news/advice!!! Please!!!!

i've just got the same tariff but it appears to be working fine for me. The only problem i have is it won't let me download pay content yet! I have complained and i await a answer within 14 days or it goes back.

I think you should go to a vodafone store and let them see the problem. They may replace the phone for you. What phone you got? I got the Sharp 902 and apart from it's bulk it's pretty good.

As for the life bit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
