This message is to any staff at three who can pass messages on to Bob Fuller. Congrats on finally releasing the 6630 and 6680. Im sure i speak for many nokia fans who are on three and have for some time doubted threes abilities to release decent handsets from nokia. The 6630 and 6680 will no doubt bring more success but this message is in regards to the recent announcment of nokias N series of phones. To get to the point im sure every single person on three will want one of 3g phones and hopes that at least the n70 and n90 make it to three. They all support video calling and have great features. Should three release these handests im sure they will help solidify threes commitment to giving customers the best service possible and forever erase memories of that watchdog edition. In short...Bob Fuller if you reading this please please mnake sure you release the nokia n90 and n70 on three. Cheers mate

What I want to know is why P4U are selling the 6680, when us in the 3points haven't heard anything about it, with the 6630 being heralded as the 'new phone'.

Did you not stop to think that three didnt realse any nokia 3g handsets simply because there were none!!!! The only nokia to be 3g capable before the 6630 was the 7600, and what a dog that was, constant problems, crap camera, crap user interface, limited content downloads, unable to perform video calling function, all in a stupid shape!!!!In fact the only reason three relased the 7600 was because CPW licked nokia's arse and got an exclusive, three then realised its misplaced faith in the market that people are not sheep and so realsed to cash in on the bleeting crowds all armed with more proofs than braincells and less knowledge than a lemming!!!! In my opinion the 6630 is not much better either although greatly inmproved still no video calling funtion, unless to buy a rather expensive stand thats not very mobile, again a crap un nokia like menu thats not actually that simple to use, and again a stupid shape and is also the largest of the current phones on offer.
The reason three have not realsed many nokia's is simply nokia's fault through not developing handsets and spending all its money on furry bits that stick on to your current (obsoleate) 2.5g handsets.
So as for being a nokia fan i therfore call you a sheep, a fashion victim, a petender to knowledge and infomation you simply do not have!!!! As for the watchdog thing that was more a fault with lg phones than network issues, yes people where on the show saying they had no signal, is that any suprise??? No............ why........... because the chances of picking up a signal on a faulty handset is very small, infact probably smaller than your mind!!!!! Remember 3 don't make the handsets!!!!
On a final note I don't hold out much hope for any nokia's coming realeses, the 6680 is not out yet and wont be until june, but my fear is it will just be a 6630 that does video calling, as for the n - range to be honest i don't know enough about it, but going on past nokia 3g experience i don't expect to be aroused in the slightest.
CPW also got both nokia's early on exclusive's before any one else as a result of arse licking, so my reply to the above post, maybe you should ask CPW what nokia's arse looks, feels, smells like, i bet it is nice at first, but very soon you realise its exactly the same as everyone elses arse and in fact nothing special and not that nice to do any of the above to!!!!!

I agree on that nk6630 is something of an expensive waste of time and that CPW are jammy gits for landing an exclusive contract to run both 66XX series and the N-series. But as a general rule of thumb most of there handsets are both reliable and have good battery lives. However I do believe that there is no such thing as a "perfect company" or a "perfect handset". remeber the fact that 3 exist is enough proof of that.

No, the Nokia 6650 was the first Nokia phone capable of working on UTMS (3g) network.

Thankfully Paul you won't. I just get irritated by people who blindly follow the crowd and purchase a product e.g. nokia, simply because their mates think they are good and without doing any fact finding before purchasing a product. I realise that maybe in my above post i did probably go over the top and blow my top just a bit too much, for that I apoligise, hard day at the office im afraid. Plaese accept my apoligies for the above post

Ever hear of the 6650 you muppet ?
Granted not available on 3 unless you bought one offline but it still works with a USIM with no issues.
Get your facts right ...... funny how the 7600 outsold everything in the marketplace on its release

think that was more down to the deals cpw offered with the 7600 - like the 7600 on 3pay for £49

Nokias range of handsets are the only thing that has kept three from losing all its customers. I have had the 7600, 6630 and 6680 now and i have never had one single problem at all. I dont know what phone handset youwere talking about. And i have alos had a lot of other non-nokia phones including the nec e606, lg u8120, motorola e and a1000. And i have had nothing but problems.
1) battery life is crap on all non nokias (except SE z1010)
2) very poor reception
3) always dropping calls
infact the motorola a1000 caused me so many problems that i almost took the case to ofcomm if it wasnt for a "gesture of goodwill" from one of your three reps. Anyway the bottom line is, 3g technology might be the next step and im glad for that but please put a bit of though into the range of handsets. If three wee to bring out all of the n range nokis it would really boost their credentials. I mean have you even checked what the n91 is capable of let alone the n70 and n90. I never use CS at thre anyway i just call straight to the exec office. (glad i got that number) Just look at vodaphone. Dont get me wrong but im on three and thing s have got to improve. I mean they havent even been around 3 years and there alraedy the subject of a tv programme on watchdog? Think about it please for a minute.
Lets weigh it up shall we. Apart from the nokias lets see how three measure up.
three voda
nec e338? SE V800
LG 8138? SHARP 902
Do you see any difference in quality? I bloody well do and you gusy at three better wake up and smell the competition cos your tarrifs arnt gonna save you forever.

Paul Cardy, nicely put! (in regards to 3emplyee) However, what are your chances of speaking to someone in England when you call 333??? That would surely make the customer experience a little to smooth for Hutchinson 3G's liking!
Anyways, the network is crap and often dips, especially when your on the train or in a car, but it is getting better, the handsets are often bricks, but quite diverse ones at that, the customer complaints procedure is disgraceful and the out sourced agents in India constantly reiterate what you say, recently as much as four times!
The only good thing about three is the inclusive calls and texts allowance, and even better when you use the likes of e2save, where you get half priced line rental (cashback) for most of the contractual agreement!
Additionally the lack of supportive information on how to play and tweak your phone, as I have the A1K which is pretty nifty, however, you have to go through forums and external sources to get the information you want or need, which is often ambiguous for those who aren't so clued up with the technology as some people are! Some of us need an idiots guide, or something close!
Thx for reading peeps!!

Wamberto .... the 7600 was not available initially on 3pay at 50 quid .... that deal was done to get it off the shelves as Nokia had all but finished its manufacture of that model
