I can stream things (via vodafones 3g service) to my E1000, but when i have to download things (like football goals etc.) it doesnt work and i get a 'download failed' message.
Anyone got any idea whats going on? The 3G sign is still there when it says it, so its not because i'm going out or range or anything.

Sounds like a Voda problem if you can download/view other stuff

Cheers, cant work it out to be honest.
Thought there might be a setting somewhere that i havent seen, that enables downloads or something because i dont have no problem streaming things, its just when i have to download things to the phone it fails.

Actually the exact same thing happened to me, but on 3. It jus wouldn't let me download, and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why. Thing is, it works now, but I don't know how, the only thing I can think of is that I did I did a master reset a little while before it started working, so it might be that.
If the settings etc on your phone are expendable, its worth a try :)

Just wondering, my phone is cracked (or whatever its called) because it was bought through 3, and i wanted to use my vodafone contract.
Will it effect that if i do a master reset?

I think someone else had problems with accessing Vodafone 3G services using a cracked 3 phone, maybe you need to change some internet connection settings? Can't remember which thread it was though.

You phone might have being unlocked but will still need the Voda files/setting on it to work correctly.
I will get the thread moved to the Voda section to see if you get more help

This is strange, someone just sent me a picture in a mms, and it said failed to download :(
