Wildwave today launched the Havoc TV Mobile Music Video channel on Vodafone Live! powered by 3G, The channel is based on Havoc TV Video on demand, which which is currently carried to millions of US households via top cable carriers .
The mobile channel is specifically designed for 3G video users - from encoding to video selection, every aspect of the Havoc Mobile TV is designed to maximise the enjoyment and discovery new music on mobile phones.
The underlying ethos of Havoc is independent music, and Havoc Mobile TV is intended to be a great way to discover new music.
"All videos on the channel will be selected on the basis that they are from the best indie acts out there, with a particular emphasis on US Acts", says Stephen McCormack, CEO of Wildwave, "the whole point is that these acts are not getting the coverage they deserve on European mainstream music televison" he adds.
Havoc Mobile TV has lauched initially on Vodafone Ireland. The service will be updated monthly with a fresh batch of new videos and is currently FREE on Vodafone for a limited period. The Havoc mobile TV channel can be found via VODAFONE LIVE at VIDEO&AUDIO-->Music-->>Indie and is only available to users with 3G phones.
