Hi, i now no longer work for 3 and cannot give any help or advice from "within"
There are a few other staff members on here who can still help.
It has been great helping people out and hope you all get your problems sorted out.
I will watch the forums for anything i can help with.

Doubt it, but I can. I put the question to the execs last time I was at head office. The official response is:
1) Customer demand for it is very low. Sure, this entire forum may want it, but you're just one group of people. 99% of 3's users wouldn't bother signing up for a 3G forum, they're just happy to get on with what they've got. You may disagree, but the company has figures from polls and user questionairres that suggest this. Remember, the only handset worth using on the full internet (without continously scrolling up and down, left and right) is the A1000.
2) Three make a lot of revenue from their content, and this is how we can offer cheap handsets/tarriffs etc
3) Data streams full of internet data could cripple the network, especially whilst it is still growing.
4) Providing enough ISP server power to give internet access to all 3 million customers would be a massive cost for a network that is only just getting on top of it's expenditure.

You closed the thread because i didnt reply within 72 hours,Well i have other things like work,family etc to contend with.
I only ever give it straight and don't start threads unless my info is in my opinion 100% accurate.
I can verify my info and explain how, very soon, the "wall" will come down.
I have moved to another job but still have fantastic contacts within, who i will never divulge any info about.
