Hello,
I've serious problem with my Z105V. the first time i install the easystudio/cdma drivers, easystudio can detect the phone and i can transfer files, But now when i reconnect my phone to the cable, they asked me for new drivers for it, they detect is as "Data Interface", i've tried using the USB/CDMA drivers, but it doesn't detect any proper drivers inside, now easystudio can't detect any phone, and when i connect the phone, the sound will of the connecting device to computer will repeat fastly many times, I've tried on 3 computers and all can't work, i hope someone will help me..

Hi edwin,
Sorry to hear of the problems you're having. I work for Vodafone UK and the Vodafone V801SA ( made by Sanyo) isn't on our UK stock device range. I believe this product is from Vodafone Japan / Vodafone K.K and they have different device ranges and product support than us.
As we don't have any online product specification on our UK systems it might be worth visiting a local Vodafone store where our staff would be able to examine the product on the spot. If you're based in the UK there's a store search on our UK website at the below link. For global Vodafone customer services teams it's also possible to use our International website, www.vodafone.com.

Hi,
I have just bought a second hand W900i and want to get it unlocked. I was wondering if theres any way i can find out how old it is (instead of paying £19.99) without phoning vodafone up??

Hi Lynn,
If you go to www.vodafone.co.uk, select 'contact us' then 'email', and leave the short code FIT135 in the body of your email along with the following details:
- phone IMEI number (see our previous thread on how to find this)
- Make and model of handset
I work for Vodafone and one of our team will be able to speak to our Network Unlocking Department to get an answer for you.

i did put FIT code into my message... and got the same bull**** reply... we cant unblock your phone as you are not a uk customer...
christ - this has got to be the stupidest policy ever...
i am in portugal, have used vodafone here ever since they bought a portuguese company, my new phone has a uk vodaphone block - no sim card - but they wont give me the code to unlock it unless i buy a sim card from them with 20 quid credit...
portugal vodfone were very helpful (they obviously vale their customers more than uk vodafone does), but couldnt help as uk vodafone only has access to their codes...
duh! all they have to do is look up on their database and give me the code, losing NO custom, as i am in portugal...

got an email yesterday from someone at vodafone. very helpful and the kind of customer care i'd expected. nice one.
i still have to get a uk sim card, due to the nature of unlocking, but they have offered to do it for free for me.
