Nokia 6680 on Vodafone

Thanks for the mail. Currently, the estimated date of launch for the 3G Nokia
6680 is the 14th March. I do not have any estimated or accurate pricing yet , so it would no be fair of me to guess the cost without first seeing the cost sheets for our purchase. The other Nokia and SonyEricsson 3G phones were quite a high cost to Vodafone, but as I say I would advise to contact us again about a week
prior to the release.

Fantastic news - the guy I spoke to in a store today said they were launching it soon, but he wasn't that precise :D

Now begs the question...
6680 on Vodafone and Z1010 on Orange (current)
or
6230 on Vodafone (current) and 6680 on Orange

Mmmmmmmmm. Voda's data pricing would be a sting, that's for sure.

I have switched from Orange to Voda and the overall service is fantastic. I am also on a hero tariff and can comfirm the 12 quid text and thingy pack does include off net browsing. I have tested it and it works. My partner has a 6230 and they are not special..

Yeah... network performance on my 6230 (Voda) is top notch. It's going to be a tough one!

Thanks for the info wrt the £12 extra's pack. I think I'd have to go into a store and plead for a great deal. A phone like the 6680 will probably have me using more data than I do on Orange, and I'm just not that rich! ;)

lol. I had a replacement 6630 sent out because I sat on it(lol) I got it on the 10th Feb and I have used 123MB already of browsing and downloading content. The live is free and so is the content because of the hero tariff. So its worth checking it out
