Bought less than a month ago a 6630 from Voda store near me.
Less than 2 weeks later it crashed. Was told new one would be couriered out. Asked them if needed other phone to do a swap , was told no - send back whenever! Next day courier came , I wasnt in , and mother (waiting for courier for me) was told couldnt give me phone as they didnt have the other to swap (contradicting what customer services told me). Rang them up immediately and was told one would be couriered out next day. I took day off work and it never turned up! As you can imagine i was extremely peed off! Was advised at 6pm that night that I could go into a Vodafone store and swap , why couldnt I have been told this earlier!
Thats complaint number one!
Number two - was advised that I could port my existing number from Orange over to Vodafone - nearly 2 weeks ago I gave my PAC code and was told it would be ported over last Monday. Monday came and number not ported. Again rang customer services only to be told "Dont know who told you you could port number over - they gave you incorrect information".
I told the guy I was disgusted with Vodafone and wish i'd stuck with Orange who seem to care for customers more. He advised me to email customer services , which I did immediately. As yet Ive had no response - this is nearly a week later!
Anyone else had as poor a service off them?
Where do I stand , can I cancel the subscription?
