I think you can do it via the vodafone website, you need to register first mind, but for some reason my hero package doesnt show me the remaining minutes?
Why cant vf give you a nos to phone where it just tells you over the phone!

yeah you can check via the vodafone website - you need to register for online billing first. sometimes they can be upto a week behind with updating the remaining minutes which is a bit annoying. my hero package shows the remaining minutes. have you tried ringing customer services to see why yours aren't showing up? i think you can also check your remaining minutes by ringing customer services but takes forever to get through to the right people.
