 I have been with 3 for over two years and I think the customer services are the worst I any phone company I have ever used.

They hardly ever solve my problems and I suppose the only reason I stay with them is that I love the technology...and I suppose I want a quality PDA but can't afford to splash out!

What says you lot?

I disagree - i've had pretty good service from their customer services, and to be honest, i found them a lot more helpful than 02 CS and BT CS, both companies which qualify for muppet status.

3 CS are awful, but they are beaten by the dreaded S i n g l e p o i n t.

Perhaps the question should have been the about the worst mobile telecom CS.
My daughter recently called her bank, and the Indian Call Centre were insitant that her local branch was open on Xmas Day.

Can't say never. The promised me a phone back and did so the next morning.

I'n the same vain I was promised 5 times by Orange that they would phone me back and I'm still waiting 4 months on. (Put's on flame retardent suit and waits for 3GSU :D )

Abysmal is the politest word I can use in public. Could not maintain a pair of DDs on my bank account without fouling it up. Even their debt collectors were astonished at their ineptitude - my Bank were equally unimpressed. Calls to CS were futile, none returned, no solutions found at the the time of the call, fundamentally unable to solve what should have been a simple problem caused by their own internal breakdowns and inefficiencies. Their scripts were unable to handle the problems - they had no ability to work outside of the scripts to resolve the problems. They failed singly and utterly.

Simply the worst CS operation I have ever had to deal with, ever. Others are by no means perfect - but H3's win the Chump prize hands down.

I still use customer services. The form of communication I use is e-mail. I just got tired of explaining a problem and being transfered to another department, and explaining again and again. OK, the e-mail may take longer, but if it's not urgent, it saves a lot of headache along the way.
