The CS just seems to be incapable of dealing with my issue, so does anyone know a number where I can reach maybe a call centre, or 3 department in england, or at leats with staff not just reading things off a screen that are irrelevant to what I ask.
My actual issue? I cancelled my Football package (£5) to add Video Value (£10) and i'm not sure they have done this after checking my bill.
I've tried the cs, but got nowhere.
Any numbers, or help???

if u live near a superdrug store and they have a 3 sales team in there tell them about your problem and they have a direct number to 3 cs in glasgow

Cs should be able to give you this basic information, What do you mean by not sure, have you been charged for anything thats included in the video value.

Yes, but it may have been before it was activated (although they said it was immediate) and I know need to know if that is the case.
I just can't seem to get a straight answer, and am wary of them knowing what I mean, as they have made mistakes on my account before.

Er what usualy happens is that ne add on or tariff kicks in after the next bill. I kno u where told asap but it does take that amount of time to go thru

Ratinho, email customer.services*3mail.com and they will call you and sort it out for you and inform you what you are being charged for.

Look, give the guy a break! I mod other forums, and comments like that may well get you a conduct warning!
This thread is 8 months old, the op would have sorted out the issue months ago. come on guys/girls check the dates of the posts your responin to.
