i phoned up customer services about my a835 triganle key, they gave me a procedure and an address, the procedure worked but the url mobile.three.co.uk/hb/talon/jads/TalonMidlet.jad it said jar url incorrect plz contact customer services and i did and they said they would pass it on to the technical support department and plz call back tomorrow if they don't fone first, they also said this happens a lot with motorola's, what actually is wrong with the fone?

i've got that sorted but now when i press triangle key it tries to load today and services but always says pic and text are so unavailable no matter what signal i have, even on full 3g

Hmmm, it's a month since this poor person posted this article asking for help from 3 staff in the '3 staff zone' and guess what - no replies!!
Could have told him this earlier but I was hoping to be proved wrong.

u'll have to have ur check ur phone memory if its full, cause since if memory is lot the browser gets slow. also make sure u try swapping sim cards and check if its a problem with the phone or the sim. and if its with the fone we' at 3 will reflash it for free or at any CPW exprees store. jus call 333 and ask for a CPW express store address near ur area and go out there and have it reflashed.
