I'm afraid it has resulted in a brute force method to escape my 3 contract 6 months early. I have a shopping list of problems and I've finally decided to contact Otelo (The big daddy when it comes to mobile phone disputes, what they decide is final).
Since June I have had persistent text problems, some of which have been resolved, others customer services are blaming on other networks.
Dropped calls (everyone has this problem but it has put me in many a difficult situation when trying to meet people).
My 200 text add-on disappeared in November with no explanation and returned in December (I had a lovely *** bill for November's texts)
I signed on to the unlimited text promotion for 3 months in June, however they claimed I breached terms and conditions so I was charged for about 1000 texts which I thought were free. They promised to refund this amount, then changed their mind, then changed their mind a few more times in September. This is still in dispute.
They charged for incoming voicemails when abroad (even thought I cancelled call diverts after the same thing happening with T-Mobile). Customer services were unable to explain what had happened.
That's about half of the list. I'll let you know if Otelo is a valuable escape route.
