Hi I have had a billing problem with my account ever since I added video value, basically my account was being charged for the downloads even though I had added video value. I rang them up when I got my bill as instructed and they said they would take the money out which I wasnt very impressed about so I told them I dont really want it taken out but they still said I have to have it taken out then credited back in. So I left it at that. I then rang up today and they said the direct debit has been cancelled which has annoyed me so much because I never asked it to be and the operator never told me he was doing that. I have had enough and was wondering what I can do? Also can someone tell me the official number for the glasgow call centre?

unless u are are lucky when u ring cs they might just might pass u 2 a glasgow cs but if u dont live so far away from a 3 direct sales shop ie superdrug then go in there direct thats what i do and i have never had a prob with billing when the cs at glasgow have sorted it hope this helps

well does anyone know the number for the glasgow call centre? Do they always sort out problems?

I left Three precisely because of their impossible CS and Accounts teams. They, too, could not keep my two DDs running. They kept cancelling them and when I phoned to complain they said it was me who cancelled the DDs! I cannot politely express how much that irritated me!

Glad to see that their service level has improved then ......................!!!
